Groups and Events
You’re not meant to do this work alone.
There is something uniquely powerful about healing in community. When we witness each other with presence and compassion, transformation deepens—not just within ourselves, but between us.
Group work is about connection, mirroring, and shared awakening. It’s a space where you’re not only supported, but where your presence supports others. Together, we create containers where growth becomes collective, and each person’s insight becomes medicine for the whole.
Current & Upcoming Events and Retreats
Below you’ll find a list of our upcoming events and retreats. Some are open for registration now, others are forming and will be announced soon. If you feel called, we invite you to explore what resonates—or join the newsletter to stay in the loop.
Each gathering is an invitation—not to become someone new, but to remember who you are beneath the noise. These are spaces of embodiment, not escape. Of integration, not intensity. Of remembering, not reinventing.

Group Containers and Programs
Path to Self-Sovereignty Women's Group
This program is designed to provoke and guide you through deep inner work and personal transformation, helping you connect with your body, identify and release subconscious blocks, engage your intuitive knowing, and step into your whole, powerful self-sovereignty. This process of transformation is one that goes beyond a cognitive understanding of the topics we cover into a felt experience of moving from the paradigm of codependency (let’s talk about this definition!) to stepping into your fullest, internal capacity, power, and freedom.
This program is facilitated by Katie Simons, through her website at The Holistic Apothec
Custom Private and Group Retreats
For those seeking a more personal, intentional space for healing and connection.
Whether you’re envisioning a private retreat, a custom group experience, or a meaningful gathering held with care, we’ll work with you to create a container that meets your vision. From somatic practices to sacred ceremony, we offer tailored guidance and facilitation for experiences rooted in depth, safety, and transformation.
Why Group Work Matters
In a world that often isolates us, group coaching reconnects us—to our humanity, our shared struggles, and our collective wisdom.
When we gather in intentional space, we dissolve the illusion that we are alone in our experiences. We see ourselves in others. We speak our truth aloud. We’re reminded that healing doesn’t just happen in private—it happens in being witnessed.
Group coaching offers:
- A sense of belonging and resonance with others on the path
- Safe, sacred space to explore themes like self-worth, boundaries, purpose, and embodiment
- Shared tools and practices, with space for personal reflection and integration
- Ongoing support and accountability within a trusted community
It’s a powerful way to be both held and inspired—as you move through your own transformation alongside others doing the same.
Why Gather in Community?
We gather because healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and awakening rarely happens on autopilot.
Gathering with intention opens something ancient within us—something that remembers ceremony, connection, and collective transformation. In gathering, we get to step outside of our usual environment and rhythm. We slow down. We soften. We open to what’s been waiting to be felt.
These spaces offer:
- Time and support to drop beneath the surface
- Practices and rituals that reconnect you with your body and spirit
- The presence of community—witnessing, reflecting, and holding you
- A container for meaningful insight and lasting integration
Whether it’s a few hours or several days or weeks, these experiences are designed to meet you where you are—and gently guide you toward where your soul is asking to go.
How These Spaces Are Held
We don’t just hold events—we hold containers. Every gathering is designed to be a safe, intentional, and transformational space.
We approach this work with trauma-informed care, grounded facilitation, and deep respect for the vulnerability it requires. Our facilitators are not here to fix or impress. We’re here to listen, to guide when invited, and to co-create a space where your own wisdom can emerge.
You can expect:
- Clear communication, structure, and consent-based participation
- Respect for all identities, expressions, and lived experiences
- A rhythm of openness, reflection, and gentle integration
- Ongoing support before, during, and after deeper retreat work when applicable
This is sacred work, but it’s also human work. We honor both the divinity and the reality of what it means to come home to yourself.
