Group Coaching

You’re not meant to do this work alone.

There is something uniquely powerful about healing in community. When we witness each other with presence and compassion, transformation deepens—not just within ourselves, but between us.

Group coaching at Liberum Gnosis is about connection, mirroring, and shared awakening. It’s a space where you’re not only supported, but where your presence supports others. Together, we create containers where growth becomes collective, and each person’s insight becomes medicine for the whole.

Why Group Work Matters

In a world that often isolates us, group coaching reconnects us—to our humanity, our shared struggles, and our collective wisdom.

When we gather in intentional space, we dissolve the illusion that we are alone in our experiences. We see ourselves in others. We speak our truth aloud. We’re reminded that healing doesn’t just happen in private—it happens in being witnessed.

Group coaching offers:

  • A sense of belonging and resonance with others on the path
  • Safe, sacred space to explore themes like self-worth, boundaries, purpose, and embodiment
  • Shared tools and practices, with space for personal reflection and integration
  • Ongoing support and accountability within a trusted community

It’s a powerful way to be both held and inspired—as you move through your own transformation alongside others doing the same.

Current Groups & What to Expect

We currently offer both women’s groups and men’s groups, each designed to foster connection, reflection, and transformation within a shared container.

These groups explore themes like emotional resilience, self-trust, inner child healing, embodiment, conscious relating, and spiritual integration. While each group has its own unique flow and focus, you can expect:

  • Weekly or biweekly virtual sessions in small, intimate circles
  • A mix of guided practices, shared reflection, and open dialogue
  • Trauma-informed facilitation and grounded spiritual guidance
  • Opportunities for personal insight, accountability, and collective growth

Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or deepening your self-awareness, these spaces are for those who are ready to show up fully—for themselves and for others.

Path to Self-Sovereignty Women's Group

This program is designed to provoke and guide you through deep inner work and personal transformation, helping you connect with your body, identify and release subconscious blocks, engage your intuitive knowing, and step into your whole, powerful self-sovereignty. This process of transformation is one that goes beyond a cognitive understanding of the topics we cover into a felt experience of moving from the paradigm of codependency (let’s talk about this definition!) to stepping into your fullest, internal capacity, power, and freedom.

This program is facilitated by Katie Simons, through her website at The Holistic Apothec

Men's Group Community and Coaching

One of the most common things I hear from men in ceremony and healing circles is that there just aren’t enough spaces for men to support each other in safe, open, and socially intimate settings. In rare instances where such a space is cultivated and experienced, it’s clear that there is power in men supporting each other through honest sharing and exploration of our emotions, difficulties, and challenges.

This container will be an ongoing community of 5-8 men who will gather on a regular basis to support each other through life’s challenges, explore our inner worlds, and practice mastering our thoughts, actions, and awareness.

This program is facilitated by Darren Faber.

Is Group Coaching Right for You?

This work is for those who are ready to be seen—not just in their strength, but in their questions, their edges, and their becoming.

Group coaching might be right for you if:

  • You’re seeking connection with others who are on a conscious path
  • You’re ready to speak your truth and hear others do the same
  • You value community, accountability, and shared growth
  • You feel called to be part of a space that is intentional, inclusive, and healing
  • You’re open to both giving and receiving support

You don’t have to be perfect, polished, or “healed” to be here. You just need to be willing to show up with honesty, curiosity, and heart.
